Code of Ethics & Anti-Corruption Policy

Moxe Consulting (“the Firm”) is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct in all its operations. This policy affirms the Firm’s commitment to ethical behavior and anti-corruption practices and serves as a core governance standard for all individuals and entities acting on behalf of the Firm.

This policy is reviewed periodically and updated as necessary in response to legal, regulatory, or operational developments.

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the principles and standards that govern the Firm’s conduct in delivering investigative and enhanced due diligence services, particularly in relation to government, regulatory, and financial institutions. It aims to reinforce transparency, independence, and legal compliance across all areas of the Firm’s operations.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all representatives of the Firm, whether engaged on a full-time, part-time, contractual, or affiliate basis. It also extends to any professionals, consultants, or third parties operating under the Firm’s instructions or contributing to its assignments, including those performing fieldwork, verifications, or reputational assessments.

3. Commitment to Integrity

The Firm is committed to impartial, fact-based reporting and investigative accuracy. All findings, assessments, and outputs are developed using verified sources, documented methodologies, and professional judgment. The Firm does not alter its findings to serve political, commercial, or reputational interests. All representatives are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects independence, accuracy, and fairness in every aspect of their work.

4. Independence and Conflict Management

The Firm maintains a strict policy of avoiding situations that may give rise to actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest. If a conflict arises or is identified, it must be disclosed promptly and managed appropriately to preserve the impartiality of the assignment. Where required, the Firm may recuse itself or reassign a task to prevent any compromise to the integrity of its work.

5. Anti-Corruption and Bribery Prohibition

The Firm maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of corruption and undue influence. No representative of the Firm shall offer, solicit, or accept any benefit, gift, or advantage that could improperly influence the performance of duties. Gifts, hospitality, or benefits offered in connection with any professional engagement must be avoided. They must be strictly nominal, customary, and reported to the Firm’s management if unavoidable.

6. Confidentiality and Responsible Use of Information

All information obtained in the course of assignments is treated with strict confidentiality and handled with the utmost discretion. No representative may use, share, or disclose such information except as necessary to carry out authorized work or where required by law. Client data, personal records, and reputational intelligence must be handled in accordance with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

7. Ethical Conduct in Investigations

All representatives of the Firm must maintain respectful, lawful, and professional conduct in all aspects of their work. No form of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation will be tolerated. The Firm does not use deceptive or coercive methods to gather information, and all on-the-ground inquiries are carried out with sensitivity to local laws, cultural norms, and the rights and safety of all individuals involved.

8. Oversight and Compliance

The Firm maintains internal oversight of compliance with this policy. All representatives are expected to act in accordance with its provisions, and any deviation may result in disciplinary action, including termination of engagement and, where applicable, referral to authorities. Concerns regarding ethical conduct, potential conflicts, or improper practices may be raised directly with the Firm’s management for review and, where necessary, remedial action.
